The camelina used for this oil is grown on our own fields in Platt. Our fields are biodynamically farmed,
Demeter-certified, and therefore free from synthetic chemical pesticides. The camelina seeds are cold-
pressed to produce the finest Demeter oil.

Camelina oil is rich in essential omega-3 fatty acids and is an important part of a healthy diet. With its
fresh, slightly nutty flavor reminiscent of peas and vegetables, it enhances cold dishes such as salads,
spreads, and pestos.
