If you contact us via the website form or by email, your data and inquiry will be stored to process your request and for possible follow-up questions or contract processing. These data will be deleted after six months if they do not result in a contract. Otherwise, the data will be stored only as long as necessary to fulfill our contractual or legal obligations and to defend against possible liability claims.

Data transfer occurs only based on the GDPR, i.e., as required to process your inquiry, fulfill a contract (e.g., passing your contact details to a delivery service), or meet legal obligations. Complaints
Goods must be checked immediately upon receipt; bottle breakage must be confirmed by the carrier.

Cork Taste
Defects caused by faulty corks are not the responsibility of the winemaker. Replacement of faulty bottles is provided under the following conditions:
The defective bottle is resealed with the faulty cork and returned to Weingut Rudolf Fidesser in Platt as soon as possible.

Retention of Title
The wines remain our property until full payment of our claims has been made.
