Demeter is an association of farms working biodynamically.

To work biodynamically means viewing the farm as a whole and developing a kind of closed cycle. Biodynamics is understood as an encouragement to pursue an individual path of development and to take both earthly and cosmic life connections into account.

The Austrian Demeter winegrowers, as part of this oldest organic movement, strive to activate all valuable forces within their vines, because the soil holds the key to everything. Biodynamically managed soils are supplied exclusively with natural compost.

When three specialists join forces, something exciting usually emerges — and Vreimuth certainly is. A vermouth just like in the old days!

Vreimuth begins at the organic winery Fidesser in the Weinviertel.

The unique herbal component is created by Ms. Kaufmann. The composition is completed at the Freihof distillery in Lustenau.
