Living with awareness and respect naturally leads to harmony with nature. We care for our environment because it is the source of our live. This special cultural landscape needs careful protection and responsible farming.
For agriculture, especially wine growing, biodynamic farming is the right path for us. It is not just a method but a way of life that we practice every day. The result is natural, expressive wines we truly believe in.
Using both traditional experience and modern knowledge, we support healthy vine growth and balanced harvests. We work gently in the vineyard, use only natural treatments, and rely on beneficial insects to keep pests in balance. Synthetic and systemic chemicals are not used. This protects soil life, keeps the vines strong, and improves their resistance to extreme weather, diseases, and pests.
Biodynamics, inspired by Rudolf Steiner, follows nature’s rhythms and connections. It is based on a closed cycle of soil, plant, animal, human, and the wider cosmos. In our vineyards, we use manure and biodynamic horn manure and horn silica preparations to support and strengthen this natural cycle.
