Village Wines
The grapes for our village wines come from several vineyards within our village and represent the essence of the Platt terroir. Due to our restrained cellar techniques, they display an unadulterated varietal character. The village wines are bottled unfined and with minimal amount of sulfur.
Single-Vineyard Wines
The grapes for our single-vineyard wines are harvested at full physiological ripeness. They come from our best vineyards and carry the vineyard name on the label, allowing the grape variety to take a step back. Honest vinification highlights the unique characteristics of each soil and promises enormous aging potential. These wines are bottled unfined, and with minimal amount of sulfur.

The holistic approach in our cultivation - the influence of flora, fauna, microclimate, and the cosmos - inspired the illustration on the labels. Inspired by Leonardo da Vinci’s De Divina Proportione, illustrations of geometric bodies portray the individual character of the fidesser*orbis wines. The name fidesser*orbis captures the holistic perspective of biodynamics. fidesser*orbis wines are mostly skin-fermented, unfiltered, and added just with a minimal amount of sulfur.
